In 2016, Wellacre Academy’s Learning Development Groups lead Teaching & Learning innovation through focused ‘action research’ projects, the findings of which were used to shape the next phase of T&L development across the Academy. Slides from the initial launch session are here:
Groups ran all year, and were self-directed in order to fit it into other teaching commitments. Learning Development Groups also contribute on a regular basis to our opt-in CPD sessions.
